These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by the Uplift Foundation (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, applications, and any enterprise tooling that integrates with external accounts (collectively, the “Services”). - Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through mediation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the matter will be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body. Any arbitration or legal action shall be conducted in Marion County, Oregon, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised Terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
