I hereby grant the UPLIFT Foundation and its affiliates (“UPLIFT”) or the “Foundation”) the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me arising from my participation in the Foundation’s events on the Foundation’s and other websites and in publications, promotional flyers, educational materials, derivative works, or for any other similar purpose without compensation to me. I agree that all such portraits, pictures, photographs, video and audio recordings, and any reproductions thereof, and all plates, negatives, recording tape and digital files, are and shall remain the sole property of the Foundation.nnI understand and agree that such photographs and/or video recordings of me may be placed on the Internet. I also understand and agree that I may be identified by name and/or title in printed, Internet or broadcast information that might accompany the photographs and/or video recordings of me. I understand and agree that I will not have an opportunity to review the final products before they are published or distributed.nnI hereby release, acquit and forever discharge Foundation, and its current and former trustees, agents, officers, employees, and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said photographs and/or video recordings, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, appropriation of likeness or defamation.nnI acknowledge that my participation in the photo and video portions of the events is and was completely voluntary, as is my consent to this release. I understand that no action will be taken against me should I decline to participate in the photo/video portions of these events.nnThis release is binding on me and my heirs, assigns and personal representatives.nnGenerative AI Prohibition: Notwithstanding any other provision of this release, the UPLIFT Foundation expressly prohibits the use of photographs and/or video recordings of students or program participants for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or otherwise developing generative artificial intelligence (AI) models or systems. No images, photographs, video recordings, or other likeness of students or program participants may be used as inputs, training data, or in any other capacity in connection with generative AI technologies.nnAgreed and accepted:
